Directions for Use

Using a Single Remedy

• Take 2 drops directly on the tongue, or add 2 drops to a glass of water and sip at intervals throughout the day.
• Repeat as needed. Can be taken regularly throughout the day.

Using Multiple Remedies

• Add 2 drops of each chosen remedy (up to a maximum of 7 remedies) to a mixing bottle containing mineral spring water.
• Take 4 drops of your custom blend at least 4 times per day.
