Postage and Delivery Within Australia
Postage And Delivery For Domestic Orders:
At Payless 4 Organics, we are able to offer you one of the most affordable and fast delivery services throughout Australia, with no additional charges for standard delivery to remote Australia.
Standard Delivery : $9.99 per order
Please ensure provide an address where someone will be available during business hours to receive and sign for your parcel (a work place is always a safe option).
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number and website link for you to track the progress of your package online.
It may be necessary to ship some large orders in more than one box and hence you may receive your full order at different times.
We endeavor to fulfill the order in 3 working days and allow 5-7 working days from the time we receive your order, to when it arrives back to you by Australia Post (depending on where you live in Australia) or by our courier partners. Orders can be sent to business addresses, PO Box addresses as well. Regional and Remote areas delivery may take longer.
Free Delivery:
Free delivery promotions apply to standard shipping services only, for orders placed over $99, to Australian addresses and only applied once per order.
Out of Stock Items:
At Payless 4 Organics, we try to ensure that every product is in stock. However, if for some reason a particular product is out of stock, we will notify you by phone or email. If we are not able to get the product in within a couple of days, we can offer to substitute the product for another size/item/etc, or we will refund your purchase. We strive our best to deliver your parcel to you in a timely manner, with this in mind, we will make our best attempts to contact you, if unsuccessful, we will process your refund. If you wish to have an item placed on backorder this can be arranged. However, you need to contact us by email (info@payless4organics.com.au).
Acceptance of Goods:
If no one is present to sign off for your parcel a card will be left in the mail box and the parcel is left at the nearest Post Office for collection or collection point provided by the courier.
If the parcel is not collected within 7 days, the parcel is returned to us and an additional postage fee may be required to send the shipment again.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched from our location you will receive an automated email from us with your parcel tracking details. Please ensure that we have your correct email address at the time of placing your order so as you can be kept up to date with your orders delivery status.
International Orders
Postage And Delivery For International Orders:
International delivery cost varies by weight and location. Delivery timeframe also varies by the location. (Approximate 7-21 working days).
Customs and Import Charges:
Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. These charges are imposed by the destination country and we are not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges. Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs service if you need more information.
