Care & Cleaning Directions:

• Cleaning: Do not fully submerge in water or place in a washing machine. Spot clean the outer fabric only using a damp cloth or sponge with a mild detergent.
• Drying: Allow the pack to air dry completely in a warm place away from direct sunlight before storing or reheating. Never microwave the pack while it is wet or damp.
• Storage: Store the completely cool and moisture-free pack in a dry environment. Alternatively, it can be stored long-term in the freezer.

Safety Cautions & Care Instructions:

• Microwave Heating: Ensure the pack is heated in a clean microwave according to the recommended heating times to prevent burning or fire hazards. Do not overheat.
• Freezer Use: Place in a sealed bag before putting in the freezer to protect the fabric from moisture and odors.
• Temperature Check: Always touch-test the temperature before placing it against the skin to avoid burns or frostbite, especially on sensitive areas.
• Storage: Allow the pack to cool completely before storing in a dry place. Keep out of reach of children and pets when not in use.
