Directions for Use & Care

Application & Usage Instructions

• For Gum Health: After brushing, use a dry spoon to take 1/2 teaspoon of PerioMix powder. With a wet finger or toothbrush, apply generously along the upper and lower gumlines, inside and out. Spit out excess without rinsing and leave residue on gums as long as possible (avoid food or drink for 1 hour).
• For Post-Surgery, Mouth Ulcers, or Oral Trauma: Mix 2 heaped teaspoons of PerioMix powder in 100ml of warm water. Hold solution in the mouth for several minutes, then spit gently without vigorous rinsing.
• For Sore Throats: Mix 2 heaped teaspoons in 100ml of warm water, gargle thoroughly, rinse, and spit out.
• For Stained Teeth: Take 1 teaspoon of powder with a dry spoon, apply directly to a toothbrush, and brush teeth thoroughly. Continue until stains disappear.
