Application and Directions

Adults: Take a minimum of 10–20ml per day mixed in a large glass of non-chlorinated water or fruit juice. For higher requirements, take up to 40ml in non-chlorinated water or juice, 3 times daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Note: 1 capful equals approximately 12ml.
