Directions

For external use only. Massage well into chest, neck, breasts, abdomen, inner arms or thighs. Select one location per application for optimal absorption.

Dosages

For Menstrual Pain & Spasms:
Counting the first day of your period as Day 1, apply 1/8 of a 5 ml teaspoon (625 mg) morning and evening from Day 5 to Day 18. Increase to 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 g) from Day 19 to Day 28. Stop on Day 28. Pause on Day 1 and recommence on Day 5.

For Peri‑Menopause & Menopause Symptoms:
Counting Day 1 as the first day of your period, apply 1/8 of a 5 ml teaspoon (625 mg) morning and evening from Day 7 to Day 20. Increase to 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 g) from Day 20 to Day 28. Stop on Day 1 and recommence on Day 7.

NB: Day 1 is always the start of your period.

Dioscorea Villosa (Wild Yam) Liquid Extract 200 mg (from dry root 200 mg), Vitex Agnus‑Castus (Chaste Tree) Liquid Extract 30 mg (from dry fruit 15 mg), Aloe Vera Inner Leaf Juice Powder 50 micrograms, D‑Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate 20 mg (equiv. to D‑Alpha‑Tocopherol (Vitamin E) 27.2 IU). Contains soya bean products and herbal extract solvent alcohol (ethanol 13.67% v/v).
