Alps Replacement Ceramic Dome with Nano Silver Particles

Pure Water Starts with the Alps Replacement Ceramic Dome with Nano Silver Particles for Superior Bacterial Protection

Ensure your family enjoys the highest quality hydration with the Alps Replacement Ceramic Dome with Nano Silver Particles. As the critical first stage in your Alps water filtration system, this micro-porous ceramic dome acts as a powerful physical barrier against impurities. Crafted from high-quality diatomaceous earth, it is designed to trap fine particles including rust, sediment, sand, and silt before they reach your secondary filters. What truly sets this replacement part apart is the integration of nano silver particles, which provide advanced antimicrobial properties to inhibit the growth of bacteria and parasites directly on the filter surface. By maintaining a clean filtration environment, this genuine Alps component ensures your water remains safe, fresh, and free from harmful microorganisms like cholera and coliforms. Investing in a fresh ceramic dome every 6 to 9 months is essential for optimizing water flow and maintaining the long-term efficiency of your entire gravity-fed filtration unit.

• 0.2 Micron Filtration: Effectively blocks bacteria, cysts, and fine sediment that standard filters might miss.
• Advanced Nano Silver Technology: Utilizes antimicrobial silver particles to actively inhibit bacterial growth for a cleaner system.
• Genuine Alps Quality: Specifically engineered for a perfect fit and seamless operation in compatible Alps gravity water filters.
• Durable & Cleanable: Made from robust diatomaceous earth that can be gently cleaned with a soft brush to restore flow rate.
• Enhanced Water Clarity: Acts as the primary pre-filter to remove visible turbidity and protect downstream filtration media.

Care and Cleaning Instructions:

• Gently clean the outer surface of the ceramic dome with a soft brush or sponge to remove accumulated sediment and restore the water flow rate.
• Replace the ceramic dome every 6 to 9 months to maintain optimal filtration efficiency and water flow.

Safety Cautions & Care Instructions:

• Handle with Care: Fragile construction. Handle the ceramic dome gently to avoid dropping, breakage, or cracking, as hairline cracks can compromise filtration effectiveness.
• Do Not Use Soap: Clean the ceramic dome using only a soft brush and clear water. Do not use dish soap, detergents, or abrasive chemical cleaners, as they can contaminate the filter media.
• Regular Maintenance: Gently scrub the surface with a soft brush when water flow slows down to remove accumulated sediment and restore the flow rate.
