Preparation & Daily Dosage Instructions

• Adult Dose: Add the contents of one 10g sachet into 100ml of water, juice, or a cool/room-temperature beverage of your choice.
• Stir well until fully dissolved before drinking. Sweeten to taste if desired.
• Temperature Caution: Do NOT mix into hot liquids or hot beverages, as excessive heat destroys the delicate bioactive enzymes essential to the formulation.
