For best results, Necessity Organic Lip Balm must be absorbed into the skin to work effectively. Thoroughly wash and cleanse the lip area before applying. Avoid using petroleum-based products prior to application, as petroleum blocks skin pores and prevents absorbing the natural nutrients. If the skin remains oily for more than a few minutes after application, thoroughly cleanse the area again and re-apply.
