Directions for Use & Care

Application Directions

1. Hold: Hold the bridge with the loops facing toward you and the paddles facing away from you.
2. Insert: Gently place the loops in first and tilt the bridge upwards towards the tip of your nose as you insert it, following the natural angle inside the nose.
3. Fit Check: Mute should sit fully inside the nose with only the bridge showing across the top of the nostrils. If Mute hangs out, it may be too large for your nose.
4. Adjust: If Mute feels loose or you desire greater airflow, expand the loops by gently clicking the paddles outwards. Adjust each side individually for the ideal fit.
