Directions for Use & Care

Application & Test Instructions

1. Preparation: Ensure hands are clean and dry before opening the package and laying out components on a clean, flat surface. Read the provided IFU pamphlet thoroughly.
2. Nasal Swab Collection: Carefully insert the nasal swab into one nostril approximately 2 cm deep. Slowly twist the swab 5 times against the nasal wall. Repeat the process in the second nostril using the same swab.
3. Extraction: Insert the swab into the extractor buffer tube. Twist the swab against the tube walls and squeeze the sides of the tube against the swab head approximately 5 times.
4. Sample Preparation: Discard the swab into the biohazard specimen bag, screw the dropper cap tightly onto the extractor tube, and mix the sample thoroughly.
5. Testing: Place the test cassette on a flat surface. Add 3 drops of the extracted sample into each designated sample well (marked 'S').
6. Read Results: Wait 15 to 20 minutes to read the results. Do not read results after 20 minutes.
