Directions for Use & Application

Step 1: Preparation

• Ensure hands are clean and dry before opening the package and placing test components on a clean, flat surface.
• Read the included instructions pamphlet thoroughly before beginning.

Step 2: Sample Collection

• Carefully insert the sterile swab into one nostril (about 2 cm deep) and slowly rotate it 5 times.
• Repeat the same procedure in the second nostril using the same swab.

Step 3: Sample Extraction

• Insert the swab into the extractor buffer tube, twist it against the inner wall, and squeeze the tube against the swab 5 times.
• Safely discard the swab into the specimen bag, screw the dropper cap tightly onto the tube, and shake vigorously.

Step 4: Testing & Reading Results

• Add 3 drops of the extracted sample into each sample well (marked S) on the test cassette.
• Wait 15 minutes to read the results. Do not interpret results after 20 minutes.
