Directions for Use & Care

Application & Dosage Instructions

• Using a Single Remedy: Take 2 drops directly on the tongue, or add 2 drops to a glass of water and sip at intervals throughout the day. Repeat as needed.
• Using Multiple Remedies: Add 2 drops of each chosen remedy (up to 7 remedies total) to a mixing bottle containing mineral spring water. Take 4 drops a minimum of 4 times daily. A teaspoon of cider vinegar, glycerin, or brandy may be added as a preservative.
