Active Ingredient: 5X dilution of Mimulus (Mimulus guttatus) HPUS. Inactive Ingredient: 27% Alcohol.

Directions for Use & Care

Using a Single Remedy:

• Take 2 drops directly on the tongue or add to a glass of water and sip at intervals throughout the day. Repeat as needed.

Using Multiple Remedies:

• Add 2 drops of each remedy (up to a maximum of 7) to a mixing bottle containing mineral spring water.
• Take 4 drops a minimum of 4 times a day.
• Optionally, add a teaspoon of cider vinegar, glycerin, or brandy as a preservative to your personal blend.

Storage Directions:

• Store below 25°C.
• Do not use if the seal is broken.
