Directions for Use & Care

Application & Dosage Instructions

• Single Remedy Use: Take 2 drops directly onto the tongue, or add 2 drops to a glass of water and sip at intervals throughout the day. Repeat as needed.
• Multiple Remedy Use: Add 2 drops of each chosen remedy (up to 7 remedies max) into a mixing bottle containing mineral spring water. Take 4 drops at least 4 times daily. A teaspoon of cider vinegar, glycerin, or brandy may be added as a preservative.
