Directions for Use & Care

Application & Mixing Instructions

• Using a single remedy: Take 2 drops directly on the tongue or add to a glass of water and sip at intervals throughout the day. Repeat as needed.
• Using multiple remedies: Add 2 drops of each chosen remedy (up to a maximum of 7) to a mixing bottle containing mineral spring water. Take 4 drops at least 4 times daily. A teaspoon of cider vinegar, glycerin, or brandy may be added as a preservative.
