Directions for Use

Application & Mixing Instructions

• Single Remedy Use: Take 2 drops directly on the tongue or add to a glass of water and sip at intervals throughout the day. Repeat as needed.
• Multiple Remedy Use: Add 2 drops of each remedy (up to a maximum of 7) to a mixing bottle containing mineral spring water. Take 4 drops at least 4 times a day. A teaspoon of cider vinegar, glycerin, or brandy may be added as a preservative.
