Directions for Use & Care

Application Directions

• Single Remedy Use: Place 2 drops directly onto the tongue, or mix 2 drops into a glass of water and sip at intervals throughout the day. Repeat as needed.
• Multiple Remedy Blend: Add 2 drops of each chosen remedy (up to a maximum of 7 remedies) to a mixing bottle filled with mineral spring water. Take 4 drops from the mixing bottle at least 4 times daily. A teaspoon of cider vinegar, glycerin, or brandy may be added as a natural preservative.
