Application Directions:

• Ensure you have a protective disc or paper plate with a hole in the center to catch any ash or wax, a lighter, a bowl of water, and a second person to assist you for safety.
• Lie comfortably on your side with the ear to be treated facing upward. Remove any hair ties or jewelry that may interfere.
• Insert the tapered end of the ear candle through the protective disc or plate, then gently place the tip into your ear canal.
• Have your assistant light the opposite, wider end of the candle. Ensure the candle remains vertically upright during the session.
• Allow the candle to burn down steadily (approximately 15 to 20 minutes) until about 4 to 5 inches remain.
• Carefully remove the candle from the ear and immediately extinguish the flame in the bowl of water.
• Gently clean any residue from the outer ear canal, taking care not to push debris back into the ear. Repeat the process for the other ear if desired.
