Care & Cleaning Instructions:

• Give your product a wash with warm soapy water before initial use and rinse all parts well.
• Clean your product regularly with a small bottle brush and water.
• To remove staining and clean the inside, shake a couple of tablespoons of household white vinegar around the inside of the product, leave for a couple of minutes, and rinse well.
• For stubborn stains, mix two heaped tablespoons of baking soda with warm water and use a brush to clean the inside. Rinse well.
• Alternatively, fill the mug with warm water, drop in one CHANGE water bottle cleaning tablet, and leave to dissolve for 15-20 minutes before rinsing.
• To clean the lid, thoroughly clean the inside with a bottle brush or straw cleaning brush and warm, soapy water. The coffee mug lid can be taken apart for thorough cleaning.
• Do not put your product in the dishwasher, as high temperatures and harsh detergents can damage the exterior varnish and paints.
• Do not freeze the product.
• Do not soak, wash, or fill the outside of the product with boiling water.
• Do not apply direct heat or use harsh chemicals like bleach or highly acidic beverages.
