Directions for Use & Application

Diffusion & Vapourisation: Add several drops to an aerosol diffuser or electric vapouriser to fragrance and purify the surrounding air.

Steam Inhalation: Add 2-3 drops to a bowl of steaming water, cover head with a towel, and inhale deeply for temporary respiratory relief.

Topical Chest Rub: Dilute to 10% in a carrier vegetable oil or base cream (approx. 20 drops per 10ml carrier) before rubbing onto the chest and back.
