• Partner Assistance Required: Always perform treatment with a second person present to assist and observe at all times. Do not use alone.
• Environment Preparation: Ensure an indoor, draft-free environment and remove any nearby flammable materials.
• Positioning: Lie down sideways on a comfortable pillow. Place a small, warm, wet towel around the ear to protect hair, eyes, and cheek area.
• Disk Insertion: Insert the filter end of the candle through the protective disk provided up to the stop mark.
• Placement: Place the candle vertically into the ear canal, filter end first, twisting gently to create a proper seal. Do not force the candle into the ear.
• Lighting & Holding: Have your partner light the top of the candle and hold it at a strict 90-degree upright vertical angle for the entire 8-10 minute burn.
• Extinguishing: Once the flame reaches the designated stop mark, your partner must immediately extinguish the candle in a nearby glass of water.
• Rest: Rest for a few minutes before repeating the process on the second ear. Remain lying down for 5-10 minutes after treatment to maximize relaxation.
