Care Instructions:

• Hand wash only with a gentle brush or dish cloth.
• Do not put in the dishwasher, as high heat and water pressure can compromise the double-wall insulation, vacuum seal, and powder-coated finish.
• Avoid contact with sharp or abrasive objects, and avoid placing upside down in a metal dish rack to prevent the paint from chipping around the rim.
• Dry straight away or place on a drying mat/tea towel.
• To clean the lid, press firmly on the plastic tabs from the underside to remove the slider, scrub underneath, and pop it back in once dry.
• These tumblers are not leakproof and should be transported in an upright position to avoid leaking.

Safety Cautions & Care Instructions:

• Hot Liquid Caution: Use caution when handling hot beverages, as the double-wall insulation locks in heat and the liquid inside can remain very hot. Do not overfill the tumbler to prevent spilling or scalding.
• Do Not Microwave: This product is constructed from stainless steel and is not suitable for microwave use.
• Do Not Freeze: Avoid placing the tumbler in the freezer, as freezing can damage the vacuum seal and affect insulation performance.
• Not for Carbonated Drinks: Avoid filling with carbonated beverages for extended periods, as pressure buildup may cause leakage or damage to the lid.
• Care Instructions: Hand wash is recommended with warm water and a mild detergent to preserve the powder-coated finish and vacuum insulation. Dry completely before storage.
