Ingredient List

Magnesium Oxide - Heavy 600mg per 5g, Magnesium Carbonate (light) 400mg per 5g (Total Elemental Magnesium 471mg per 5g).

Directions for Use

Dietary Supplement (RDI):

• Adults: 300-400mg per day.
• Children (4-13 years): 130-240mg per day.
• Take recommended dosage 1.5 hours before or after meals. Add to 1/3 glass of water, stir thoroughly, and drink immediately.

Intestinal Cleanse:

• Under 60kg: 1 x 5ml metric teaspoon.
• 65kg to 80kg: 2 x 5ml metric teaspoons.
• Over 80kg: 3 x 5ml metric teaspoons.
• Take recommended dosage 1.5 hours before or after meals in 1/3 glass of water. Take once daily for 7 days, followed by every second day for a further 7 days if required. Drink plenty of water and increase dietary fibre intake. Stools will be looser; bowel movements expected in 6 to 24 hours. Easy access to a bathroom is advised.

Antacid Usage:

• Adults and children 12 years and over: 1-2 teaspoons per day or as directed by your doctor. Take 1.5 hours before or after meals mixed into 1/3 glass of water. Do not take more than 2 teaspoons in a 24-hour period.

Storage: Store below 30°C in a dry place. Ensure lid is closed firmly.
