Naturally sweet and pure, our Yacon Syrup is a rich caramel like liquid extracted from the roots of the Peruvian yacon tuber vegetable. With 27% less calories than sugar and a low glycaemic index, Yacon Syrup can be used as a delicious alternative to honey and maple syrup.
