Directions for Use & Care

Oral Application

• Adults and Children over 12 years: Take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) daily, diluted in water or fruit juice (typically taken in the morning).
• Do not drink directly from the bottle to prevent microbial contamination and preserve shelf life.

Topical Application

• Symptomatic Relief & Minor Skin Irritations: Dispense a small amount into a clean container. Use a cotton ball to dab onto affected areas (such as mild acne, psoriasis, or minor wounds) and allow to soak for 5–10 minutes before rinsing with water.
• Face Mask: May be applied as a face mask for large-pored or greasy skin; skin tension during drying is normal. Rinse thoroughly afterward.
