Directions for Use & Application

Oral Application

As a dietary supplement to support skin, hair, nails, and maintain skin elasticity:

• Adults and Children over 12 years: Take 1 tablespoon (15 mL by metric measure) diluted in water or juice, ideally in the morning.

Topical Application

To assist in soothing minor skin irritations, mild to moderate acne, psoriasis, or minor wounds:

• Dispense a small quantity into a separate clean container to prevent contamination of the main bottle.
• Apply to the affected area using a clean cotton ball.
• Allow to soak on the skin for 5–10 minutes (a temporary skin tension sensation is normal). Rinse off thoroughly with water afterward.
• Face Mask: May also be applied as a face mask for large-pored or greasy skin before rinsing off.
