Directions for Use

Adults and Children (10 years and over): Brush teeth thoroughly for approximately three minutes at least twice daily, preferably after breakfast and before bed. Rinse mouth thoroughly with water or natural mouthwash.

Children (2 to 10 years): Use a pea-sized amount under adult supervision to minimise swallowing. Brush twice daily, after breakfast and before bed. Rinse thoroughly with water.
